Grammy’s Peach Cake

• 3 Eggs, Well Beaten
• 1 3/4 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Cooking Oil
• 2 Cups Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 2 Cups Sliced Peaches
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Mix ingredients thoroughly by hand. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
